Neuromuscular Therapy is a deep tissue method to relieve pain, restore movement, and align posture. Also called Posturology. 90% of pain comes from the soft tissues of the body, including headache, sciatica, and low back. MT treats causes such as: 1 - tight knotted muscles, 2 - Trigger points that refer pain, 3 - pressure on nerves, 4 - Postural imbalance, 5 - stress, 6 - the role of nutrition in pain. Cranial work, and Visceral massage are also included in NMT.
Visceral massage is gentle massage on the abdominal organs, lungs and heart. It helps with problems in these areas, and with relieving scar tissue (along with Myofascial Release), from surgery, pregnancy, infection ... which can cause many problems. The organs also cause referred pain and stimulation which is an undetected source of many seemingly unrelated problems.
Myofascial Release is a hands on technique that addresses the Fascial system to relieve pain, restore function and align posture. Fascia is a system of tissue that surrounds and interpenetrates every structure of the body from head to toe. Restrictions in the Fascial system can cause pressure on nerves, blood vessels, muscles, all parts of the body causing pain and problems far removed from the actual cause.
Craniosacral Therapy uses gentle pressure on the cranial bones and related fascial structures to bring about balance in this system which effects all systems of the body.
Integrated massage is a whole body massage that combines Swedish, sports, deep tissue, energy work and more.
Sports massage helps relieve and prevent injuries, improve performance, and help recovery. There is, pre/post event, and maintenance.

Reiki means universal life force or life energy. In a Reiki session the hands are placed lightly on or off the body. Energy flows into the receiver to facilitate healing, relaxation, and peace of body, mind, emotions, promoting a feeling of wellbeing. There has been plenty of research on Reiki, it really works.
Polarity Therapy. Another type of energy work based on the work of Dr. Randolph Stone. In polarity therapy practitioner also places the hands lightly on or off the body on certain areas of positive and negative charge to produce a flow of energy that brings about balance, energy flow, healing, relaxation, and peace of body, mind, and emotions promoting a feeling of wellbeing.
I think polarity and Reiki are both great I love giving and receiving them and they go very well together and I usually combined them, and do at least some in every other treatment.
